HOLIDAY SPECIALS**

January 7th, we are waiving the initiation fee for new
members as well as offering a special pre-paid annual rate:

Personal Trainer
Are you looking to add some intensity to your current
fitness routine? Or are you someone who is just getting
started in your pursuit of physical fitness? Tremont Parks &
Recreation Center is pleased to announce Clint Gossmeyer is
here to help you meet your fitness goals. Clint has a
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and holds a Personal
Training Certification from
ISSA, International Sports Sciences Association.
Clint will be offering monthly equipment orientation
on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 pm. Interested
individuals must pre-register 7 days in advance.
Personal training packages are also available.
Inquire at the front desk for more information.
Random Acts of Exercise Kindness
Bring a friend to the fitness center to join you for a FREE
workout on the 2nd Monday of each month and receive a free
water bottle. Pay it forward and go out and perform an Act
of Kindness for your neighbor.

Note: The Illinois Department of
Public Health
requires you to wait a minimum of 24 hours between
tanning sessions.
Tanning Specials
Tremont Parks & Recreation Center has a 1 month
unlimited tanning package available for $19 for
members, $29 for non-members. Price good through
January 15th.
