January Group Fitness Calendar

We have a ton of new programs available for this fall just click on either the youth or adult program tab to find out more! You can register online, send a form and check in the mail, or come in to the park office/fitness center to register for a program.

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba^® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Tuesdays 7:30 pm at Tremont Grade School.

 

You can now register ONLINE for some park district programs.

We, The Tremont Area Park District Board of Commissioners, enjoy our opportunity to serve you throughout the year. As our community continues to grow, we are committed to grow as well by providing you with an increasing variety of quality programs and services. If you have any program or special event ideas, please contact us at the Park District Office. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome!

The Tremont Area Park District office has moved to Tremont Parks & Recreation Center (formerly known as Tremont Fitness), 22522 IL Rt 9. Beginning Monday, November 28th, the regular staff hours at Tremont Parks & Recreation Center will be:

                                            8 a.m.–1 p.m., 3 p.m.  - 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday

                                            8 a.m.–1 p.m., 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Friday

                                            8 a.m. –11:00 a.m. Saturday
